Movie of a Chick Brain Myosin V Molecule on Mica,

in Aqueous Solution.    

This movie is reconstructed from  20 successive images taken at 80

msec intervals.  These images are ringed as 1,2,- -19,20,19,18,- - -2,1.

The first image is marked with "1".  One Cycle is 3 sec. Each image

consists of 100x100 pixels. The frame rate is 12.5/sec. The scan size is 

270 nm.
